See the guy in this picture with Bill Clinton? That's Kelly's boss. Kelly turned in a report for Clinton's non-profit and they liked it. They invited Clay (Kelly's boss) to come and speak about it to a bunch of CEO's. And Clinton liked it so much, he also spoke about Kelly's report and used it as an example of out to write one. Kelly is pretty awesome.
