Sondre Lerche ("sahn-druh lair-kuh") is alright

A few weeks ago, Blake and I came across an event calendar somewhere that listed one of our favorite/cool musicians at the MIM (Musical Instrument Museum) in Phoenix. We said, "let's go!" and the next thing we knew, four of Blake's friends had signed on to go with. So we went, last night.
Wow! Great show, loads of fun, and we had great seats in the middle
Here he's jamming on acoustic, by himself, on "My hands are shaking" from Dan in Real Life. He had a drummer and bass player, but the best songs were solo.

[About this photo; you're supposed to have your phone off at all times, but I broke the rule and then my phone camera FLASHED so I had to put it away quickly to avoid the Fuzz.]
This is my artsy shot. He stayed an hour after the 100 minute show to sign autographs and let people take pictures!

Blake was very organized; he and friends had eight items to sign. He spoke a little Norwegian to Sondre, too.

I'm a bigger fan than ever of this guy. Great talent, fun, witty, humble... and sings clean lyrics! I thanked him for that last thing as I shook his hand, and he was surprised and by it. :-)
